Turnkey Assembly Machine with Part Feeding System

2020 was a tough year for everyone. Therefore, we were very fortunate to be given the opportunity to work on a turnkey assembly machine with feeding systems for one of our customers. Thankfully, we manage to complete the machine on schedule to meet our customer's increasing production demand for 2021. We have most of the fabrication capabilities in-house to support our projects including sheet metal fabrication (for panels, brackets and base plates) and CNC machining (for jigs, fixtures and precise parts).

SSH Automation will continue to operate from 7th April, pending review from MTI, as many of the parts we fabricate are part of the global supply chain in the Semicon and Pharmaceutical industry. We have implemented safe distancing measures; shift works and work from home arrangements for our employees. We will try our best to ensure your orders are delivered on time but do expect some delay (quotation, order processing, and fabrication) due to these new arrangements.

SHEET METAL FABRICATION

This year we have upgraded our CNC laser cutting machine to 4KW to better serve our customers. The thickness we can process via laser cut is now 22mm for mild steel (A36, S275JR, SS400), 12mm for stainless steel (SS304, SS316) and 12.7mm for aluminium (AL5052, AL6061). We strive to be a one-stop shop for your metal fabrication needs with capabilities such as welding and assembly for trolleys/ machine structures/ tables. Working with our treatment and powder coating partners, we will cover your surface treatment requirements as well. 

 

 

 

CNC Milling / CNC Machining

Furthermore, we have CNC machines and QC equipment that can handle your precision parts/ jigs (currently about 10 microns) in a wide variety material. The most common materials are AL6061, SS304, Delrin, Teflon etc. You can discuss your 5-axis machining requirements with us by providing a cad file.

AllPack Indonesia 2016 features companies in the food & beverage, pharmaceutical processing & packaging technology. Our partner/ sales agent for Vibratory Parts Feeder in Indonesia, showcased HANSHIN parts feeding products (bowl feeder, linear feeder and controllers) to many potential clients in Jakarta and surrounding regions. 

Bowl Feeders are used in many possible applications in an assembly or packaging line (for example, filling machines and capping machines). Besides feeding solutions, we also provide rotary cam indexing products to support system integrator and machinery makers that require rotary indexing table or conveyors. 

Our partner has a team of engineers and technicians that are able to design and fabricate bowl feeders locally in Indonesia. Any projects located in Indonesia, we will be able to link up with our partner to provide the best value for you. 

 

 

Elevator Hopper Feeder

The elevator hopper feeder is suitable for parts that are generally larger in size. They can be found in assembly and packaging lines for storing and feeding bottle caps, large screws, or plastic casings. Our elevator hopper feeders are fabricated in stainless steel (SUS304, suitable for most industries or SUS316, if required for pharmaceutical industry) and are capable of holding a large capacity of parts. It comes standard with AC geared motor and frequency inverter for optimization of speed and feed rate control. At SSH Automation, we are able to customize the elevator hopper feeder according to your parts, dimensions and speed required.
