SHEET METAL FABRICATION

This year we have upgraded our CNC laser cutting machine to 4KW to better serve our customers. The thickness we can process via laser cut is now 22mm for mild steel (A36, S275JR, SS400), 12mm for stainless steel (SS304, SS316) and 12.7mm for aluminium (AL5052, AL6061). We strive to be a one-stop shop for your metal fabrication needs with capabilities such as welding and assembly for trolleys/ machine structures/ tables. Working with our treatment and powder coating partners, we will cover your surface treatment requirements as well. 

CNC Milling / CNC Machining

Furthermore, we have CNC machines and QC equipment that can handle your precision parts/ jigs (currently about 10 microns) in a wide variety material. The most common materials are AL6061, SS304, Delrin, Teflon etc. You can discuss your 5-axis machining requirements with us by providing a cad file.

SSH Automation attended our principal's exhibition in Seoul for INDXIA cam indexers. INDXIA cam indexers are manufactured and assembled in South Korea with the highest standards and stringent quality control processes. Each indexing unit ensures repeatability, accuracy and are available with fixed incremental stops, oscillating or non-patterned motions using a servo motor. They also come with options such as timing cam and torque limiting devices. INDXIA cam indexers are suitable for use in wide range of applications such as electronic component assembly machines, food packaging machines and various assembly/ inspection machines.
