Machine Frame Fabrication and Assembly Singapore
What We Build
We fabricate machine frames for system integrators, machine builders, and OEMs who need a reliable subcontractor to handle the metalwork while they focus on the mechanical, electrical, and software side of things.
Typical frames we build include bases and pedestals for assembly machines, enclosure frames for automated equipment, support structures for conveyor systems, and test rig frames. Sizes range from small bench-top units to large floor-standing structures several metres across.
Materials and Construction
Most machine frames we build use mild steel rectangular hollow sections (RHS) or square hollow sections (SHS), with sheet metal panels for covers and access doors. For environments where corrosion resistance or cleanliness is a concern (food, pharmaceutical, and semiconductor facilities), we fabricate in stainless steel.
Welding is done by our qualified team using TIG or MIG processes depending on the material and joint type. We follow your drawings and weld specifications, and can accommodate custom requirements for weld quality or inspection if your project calls for it.
We don't just hand you a welded frame and call it done. If you need it, we handle the full sequence: fabrication, surface treatment (powder coating, painting, or plating), and hardware installation. You get a finished frame ready to go, without having to coordinate separate vendors for fabrication and finishing.
Working With System Integrators
A good portion of our machine frame work comes from automation system integrators in Singapore. The typical workflow goes like this: you send us the 3D model and BOM, we quote the fabrication and assembly, build it, and deliver to your workshop for final system integration. We're used to working with revision changes and tight schedules. That's just part of the job when you're building custom equipment.
If you're at the design stage and haven't finalised the frame yet, we're happy to have a conversation about material choices, section sizes, and fabrication approach before you commit to a design.
Lead Times
Typical turnaround for machine frames is 2 to 4 weeks depending on size, complexity, and current shop loading. For urgent jobs, we can sometimes compress the schedule. Talk to us early if you know the timeline is tight.
One Stop Shop Solution
Superior Quality and Precision
Cost and Time Efficiency
In the ever-evolving world of manufacturing machineries, a foundation isn't just about the base metals. It's about crafting the very skeleton upon which high-performance systems integrate and function. For decades, we've partnered with system integrators for machine frame fabrication, to ensure that their machines have a stable foundation. As a result, the benefits of outsourcing this integral component are numerous and have led to increased efficiency, quality, and profitability for our partners.
