Stainless steel fabrication, built to your drawings
We fabricate stainless steel parts and assemblies for manufacturers across Singapore, from single brackets to production batches. Most of our stainless work runs from 1mm to 6mm, the gauges that enclosures, brackets and panels usually call for. Lighter and heavier gauges, up to 12mm, can be quoted on request.
Grades we fabricate
304 stainless
General-purpose stainless for brackets, enclosures, panels and machine parts.
316 stainless
Higher corrosion resistance for marine, chemical and washdown environments.
Tell us the grade your part calls for and we will confirm suitability. If you are unsure, send the application and we will advise.
What we make in stainless
- Brackets and mounting plates
- Enclosures, covers and panels
- Base plates and machined components
- Parts for semiconductor and precision manufacturing equipment
- One-off prototypes through to production runs
How we fabricate stainless
We cut stainless on our 4kW CNC laser, which takes sheet up to 5 ft x 10 ft (1525 x 3050 mm), and form it on CNC press brakes with bends up to 2m long. For the full cutting and bending process, see our CNC laser cutting and bending page. What sets the result apart on stainless is clean welding, accurate hardware insertion and the right finish:
Fibre laser welding
Clean, low-distortion seams that keep enclosures flat and presentable.
PEM insertion
Self-clinching nuts and standoffs pressed in house.
In-house finishing
Deburring, hairline and non-directional buffing in house; passivation via partners.
Mill certs on request
Material certificates and traceability available when your job needs them.
Fabricated to your drawing
Cut, bent and welded to the tolerances on your print.
1mm to 6mm
The gauges most jobs need; up to 12mm on request.
Welding stainless steel
Fibre laser welding puts much less heat into the part than TIG or MIG, so distortion stays controlled and visible enclosures come out flat and clean, with less grinding afterwards. It does need accurate joint fit-up, which our laser cutting and forming give us. We still TIG weld where the joint, the section thickness or a repair calls for it, so each part is joined the way that suits it best.
Finishing
We finish stainless in house, including hairline and non-directional buffing, for a clean, consistent surface. Stainless often needs no further treatment, but where a part is corrosion-critical, for semiconductor, medical or food-contact use, we arrange passivation through trusted partners so it comes back ready to install.
Who we work with
Our stainless steel fabrication supports precision engineering, electronics, semiconductor and industrial automation customers, from local SMEs to multinational manufacturers with operations in Singapore. We fabricate to your drawings, from prototypes to ongoing production.

Frequently asked questions
What stainless steel grades do you fabricate?
304 and 316. 304 suits general-purpose work; 316 is used where higher corrosion resistance matters, such as marine, chemical and washdown environments. Tell us your grade and we will confirm.
What thickness of stainless can you work?
Most of our stainless work runs from 1mm to 6mm. Lighter and heavier gauges, up to 12mm, can be quoted on request. Send your drawing and we will confirm.
What size parts can you fabricate?
Our laser takes sheet up to 5 ft x 10 ft (1525 x 3050 mm) and we bend up to 2m long. For larger assemblies, send your drawing and we will advise.
Do you weld stainless steel?
Yes. We use fibre laser welding for clean, low-distortion seams, plus TIG and spot welding where the joint or section calls for it.
Can you passivate stainless parts?
Stainless usually needs no surface treatment. For corrosion-critical parts we arrange passivation through trusted partners.
Do you provide material certificates?
Yes. Mill certificates and material traceability are available on request, which matters for semiconductor, medical and food-contact work.
Do you take prototypes or small batches?
Yes, from one-off prototypes to production runs. Some parts may carry a minimum order, which we will confirm with the quote.
