Who this policy covers
This policy explains how SSH Automation Pte Ltd ("we", "us") handles personal data collected through this website. It applies to enquiries you send us and is governed by Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
What we collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, company name and the contents of your message. We do not ask for any other personal data.
To understand how our website is used and to measure the effectiveness of our online advertising, we also use two analytics tools:
- Vercel Web Analytics counts page views in aggregate, without cookies and without identifying individual visitors.
- Google Analytics, together with Google Ads conversion tracking, uses cookies and similar identifiers to measure visits and actions such as submitting our contact form or clicking to call, email or message us. This lets us see which adverts lead to enquiries. Google collects and processes this data on our behalf, and may receive your device and usage information such as your IP address.
Why we collect it
We use the details you submit only to respond to your enquiry: to understand your requirements, prepare a quote, and follow up about your project. We do not use them for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.
We use the analytics and advertising data described above only to understand how our website performs and which adverts bring us enquiries. We do not use it to build profiles about you for unrelated purposes.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies for the Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement described above. You can block or delete these cookies through your browser settings; doing so will not affect your ability to use the website or to send us an enquiry. We do not use cookies for any purpose other than those described in this policy.
Who we share it with
We do not disclose your personal data except to the service providers that operate this website on our behalf:
- Brevo delivers our contact-form enquiries to us by email.
- Vercel hosts the website and processes the request that submits your enquiry.
- Google provides our website analytics and advertising-conversion measurement (Google Analytics and Google Ads), and processes the related usage data under its own privacy terms.
These providers process data only to provide their service to us. We do not share your data for any other purpose.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry details for as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your enquiry, and to keep a reasonable record of our correspondence. We delete or anonymise data when it is no longer needed for these purposes.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you may ask us to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it if it is inaccurate, or withdraw your consent to our use of it. To make a request, email us at sshautomation1991@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
