Cam Indexers for Rotary Indexing and Positioning
Established in 1994, Hannz Motrol's INDXIA cam indexers embody over two decades of South Korean precision engineering. Designed for diverse applications and trusted by industry giants like Samsung and LG, these equipments ensure quality, repeatability, and accuracy in every motion.
RFQ NowHA Series
The HA series is an all-in-one indexing drive complete with a cost-effective geared motor. The HA series is build on the roller gear mechanism found in other INDXIA cam indexers. The housing is redesigned to be more compact and user-friendly.
HD Series
The HD series is the most commonly used cam indexer, available in many sizes and configurations. Utilizing the roller gear mechanism, the HD series offer both speed and accuracy.
HP Series
The HP Series uses a parallel cam mechanism with parallel input and output shafts. As it is easy to produce drives with any arbitrary small number of stops (e.g. 1, 2, or 3), therefore the HP Series is suitable for conveyors with long feed pitches.
HN Series
The HN Series is a compact pick and place handler with relatively large stroke and swing for the size of its housing. It offers flexibility for a wide range of timing designs.
HI Series
The HI series cam driven pick and place unit was developed as a high-speed indexing handler for rotary and lift motions. Maximum rotational speed is 600 rpm, which is the fastest speed for a pick and place handler.
HL Series
The HL Series handler uses a large diameter roller gear cam with a groove cam on the face of the cam for additional flexibility with schemes and wider oscillating angles.
Applications for Fixed Positioning / Free Positioning Indexing
INDXIA cam actuated indexers can be used in many types of applications requiring indexing motions. One of the most common applications is the rotary indexing table or indexing dial table as seen below.
